We have a Charitable Trust, through which we undertake building projects, predominantly in post-disaster areas where the focus is on building schools, children’s homes and medical facilities.
We regularly raise well in excess of £100,00 on our annual Cannonball and Sky Dive events. The Morris Group covers admin. charges, expenses, etc., so that every penny raised on our events goes direct to the cause.
We are now racing towards the £1 million mark for charity.

The Morris Group's Charity, BuildAid, is an initiative formed in 2005 initially to provide construction support services and work in partnership with local governments, NGO's, community groups and individuals following the Tsunami in South East Asia. The original concept was for BuildAid to provide technical expertise and funding for the post Tsunami rebuilding schemes utilising local suppliers, tradesmen and volunteers from the community.
Since then the charity has evolved from providing emergency aid, to long term community projects, using their specialist aid model to assist over 400,000 people in need across four continents. BuildAid operates predominantly in post-disaster areas, focussing on building schools, children’s homes/shelters and medical facilities as these are the areas which can make the most impact.
BuildAid’s aid is permanent, cost effective and helps those who need it most. For more information about the charity please see:
SKY DIVE IN SPAIN 2018
The 2018 Morris charity sky dive trip was a tremendous success with a great group of people heading over to Empuriabrava in Spain in September and raising more funds for BuildAid.
A massive thanks to all who took part, those who donated and bought auction prizes and to all the sponsors. Every penny raised will go to BuildAid to help fund the fantastic work that they do in areas in desperate need of our help.
There’s much more to the trip than sky diving with karting, sailing, flying in a wind tunnel, football and water skiing just some of the other activities on the agenda. We will be doing it all again in September 2019, so why not take the plunge and join us?

MORRIS CANNONBALL RUN 2018
The 2018 Morris Cannonball was a huge success, raising over £100,000 and making a tremendous contribution towards BuildAid’s £1,000,000 target for Charity.
The cars were taken across the channel by transporter and the drivers collected them in Italy before embarking on the journey of a lifetime, staying in some of the best hotels in Europe along the way. They drove from Darfo to Bormio in the Italian mountains, over the awesome Stelvio Pass to Lake Garda, then on to Zagreb in Croatia before finishing with VIP hospitality at the amazing Red Bull Air Race in Budapest.
The 2018 Cannonball trophy was won by Neil Buchan and Rod Taylor who won most points for attempting all of the challenges and dressing up not only themselves, but also their car – managing to turn a Porsche into a Fiat!
Our next Cannonball will take place in June 2019 and places are filling up fast. If you are interested in taking part, please contact
